The IU Indianapolis Faculty Council (IFC) is an elected faculty governance body responsible for exercising faculty authority on the IU Indianapolis campus. Its membership includes representatives from IU Columbus and IU Fort Wayne. The IFC recently voted to include non-tenure-track faculty as voting members of the council and provided a way for faculty members to become promoted and tenured based on an integrative diversity, equity, and inclusion case.
